1. Scope of Service

All quotes provided via the Project Intake Form are preliminary estimates. Final pricing is subject to a physical site survey and signal interference testing.

2. Safety & Weather Protocols

For Tower Work and Outdoor Infrastructure: 3Phase Networking reserves the right to reschedule services due to high winds, lightning, or unsafe climbing conditions without penalty.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the "Daily Tech Digest" and our technician photos are the exclusive property of 3Phase Networking. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial use is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

3Phase Networking is not liable for network downtime caused by third-party ISP failures, hardware manufacturing defects, or "Acts of God" affecting outdoor antenna arrays.
